Star Valley, AZ of 2,000 receives from Redflex’s Photo Radar $890,000. 890/2=$445 less tax per Star Valley  Est 2005, citizen.

Redflex/Star Valley est 2005, signed in 2007, by Star Valley mayor as Prescott Valley mayor.

Therefore Prescott Valley’s pie chart likely similar to that of Star Valley.

Given the above pie chart and 87%/13% one can see Redflex Corp of Scottsdale/Australia gets about 6.7 times more than Star Valley, AZ, and $70/$64.44 1.1 times or about the same as The State of Arizona receives.

If Star Valley is making $890,000 then Redflex is making 6.7x$890,000=$6 million. A drop on the trigger of 1 mph given targeting/uncertainty math this would bring in an estimated  million a year to Redflex and about the same to The State of Arizona. Would this give a corporation, and The State of Arizona reason to not to correct the error, and leave it 1 mph to low? Would this 1 mph drop in the mileage line the pockets of lawyers prosecuting and defending these cases?

Being of New Mexico, as a retired Arizona math/science/engineering instructor I tried to teach The State of Arizona math, but it looks like I have not been very successful;

The magistrate of Star Valley seem to understand though, I had to correct the Redflex trained prosecutor for The State of Arizona, which is also The Star Valley Town Manager has an English Literature background, and not a math background.

Given that Redflex has utilized Photo Radar in Scottsdale, Arizona since 1997, and Star Valley was incorporated in 2005, the amount of profit both Redflex of Scottsdale, and Star Valley gets for  photo radar makes you wonder if Star Valley was established in 2005 for Redflex’s and The State of Arizona’s photo radar.

Given the well reference lawyer who I sent a packet to represent me did not respond is from Scottsdale, Arizona, and had plenty of opportunity to correct these numbers, makes one wonder if he is working for Redflex.

Claims he has a computer, and engineering background; is that lawyer talk just to impress or is he going to correct the situation?

Like granddad Daniel Elliot said “they did it for sport”, but they still kept on hanging witches in SV (Salem Village not Star Valley) with no Harvard College lawyer wanting to correct the injustice.

Lawyers can benefit by making profits from a faulty system which they refuse to correct.

As in the pass people are not likely to correct an repetitive injustice, especially brought on by profit making corporations, lawyers, and media, so it would be most appreciative if social media passes on the above.

Know that profit making lawyers, corporations, and media, are likely to be more trusting than a retired math teacher on knowing the math, but here’s hoping the above will be shared.

Maybe the reason Redflex out of Australia then Scottsdale; the Town of Star Valley, nor does the Scottsdale lawyer, or The State of Arizona seem to not know their math and  signing the contract as Prescott  Valley, being of Star Valley  and likely the Arizona media is included in this mathematical ignorance or are they supporting Redflex because of advertising money; are they taking pay off?

COMMENT:

Though machines; the equipment utilized in photo radar speed control, and stop light cameras work properly, the government employees (AZ DPS excluded) which oversee the equipment can be blinded by corporate bribes, to adjust the system though basic arithmetic shows otherwise, 1 mph to low, or put less time on red light systems to create more infraction to bring in millions more for government, and corporation which own these systems.

The justice system like in the days of the Salem Witch Trials does not want to admit fault and correct this hanging of witches (improperly fined individuals in accordance to simple arithmetic), makes the whole society which propagates such an injustice, unjust as the “radar system itself”.

Utilizing higher level math; targeting/uncertainty it is found that personnel of the Arizona Department of Public Safety  AZ DPS, with radar gun in hand are at a higher level of accuracy then a Redflex photo radar system as initiated in Scottsdale and found in Star Valley, Arizona, when repetitive corruption has been shown through the justice system in Mark S. Elliott vs State of Arizona, and not corrected in the same manner in SV (Salem Villiage not Star Valley) of paralleling the same justice of no correction as those being hung as witches because the justice system at the time would not correct itself, and admit fault, so more innocent people got hung or this case today fines improperly mailed.
